What is all this hoopla about mindfulness? You can read about it in many places. You have probably heard that its good for you. You may think it’s a passing fad. You may think it’s too airy-fairy for you. You may think you have tried it and you were not good at it. You may have given up. I think bringing mindfulness into your life, your work, and your relationships has the power to change everything about your life. You will need to be patient and kind with yourself. You cannot expect rapid, world-changing, instant change. But you can learn more than you ever thought you could. You just need ¬†something to explain it in a way you can understand. I may just be that person.
